FastApp Template License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") between FastApp, operated by Mirza Cickusic (Čičkušić) (contact: mirza.cickusic@icloud.com), and you (the "Licensee") governs your use of the FastApp coding template (the "Product") from https://fastapp.build/ (the "Website"). Using or downloading the Product indicates your acceptance of these terms.

2. What You Cannot Do

You are not permitted to:

• Sell or distribute the FastApp template as a standalone product
• Modify or remove any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings
• Use the template in ways that violate laws, regulations, or others' rights
• Transfer or sublicense the template or any associated rights

3. Rights and Ownership

All intellectual property and ownership rights to the FastApp template remain with FastApp. This license does not transfer ownership rights to you.

4. No Warranties

THE FASTAPP BOILERPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Liability Limits

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, FASTAPP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE FASTAPP BOILERPLATE, EVEN IF WARNED OF SUCH POSSIBILITIES.

6. Legal Framework

This Agreement is governed by Croatian law, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes must be resolved in Croatian courts, which have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Complete Agreement

This document represents the complete agreement between you and FastApp regarding this subject matter and replaces any previous agreements, representations, or understandings.
