1. License Types

1.1 Individual License

FastApp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Develop unlimited projects
• Create applications or websites for both personal and commercial purposes

1.2 Team License

FastApp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Develop unlimited projects
• Create applications or websites collaboratively
• Distribute the code among team members

2. Not Permitted

Users may not:

• Sell or distribute the FastApp boilerplate as a standalone product
• Modify or remove any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings
• Use the boilerplate in ways that violate laws or others' rights
• Transfer or sublicense the boilerplate or any associated rights

3. Ownership Rights

All intellectual property and ownership rights of the FastApp boilerplate remain with FastApp. This license doesn't transfer ownership to users.

4. No Warranty

The FastApp boilerplate is provided "as is" with no warranties, either expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Liability Limits

FastApp won't be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to using (or inability to use) the boilerplate, even if warned about such possibilities.

6. Legal Framework

This Agreement falls under Croatian law. Any disputes must be resolved in Croatia courts, which have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Complete Agreement

This document represents the complete understanding between you and FastApp, replacing any previous agreements or understandings about the boilerplate.
